How do I purchase the Program online?

Click on ‘BUY NOW’
Choose ONLY one type of program in one transaction.
So, for example, you could choose to purchase 3 Serial Keys of the Study Skills program valid for say, 15 days – in one transaction.
If you would like to purchase the Corporate Program too, you would need to do so in a separate transaction.

Can I ‘Gift’ the programs to others?

You could purchase Serial Keys and gift them to others.
They would need to just download the Mobile App “Awaken The Genius” and enter that Serial Key in the ‘Activate Serial Key’ tab seen there.

How do I use the Coupon Code?

Coupon Codes are allotted in special cases only – for a specific duration only.
Enter the Coupon Code to check whether it is valid.
If so, the discount mentioned would be incorporated before the payment is to be made.

Will I get the Email with details?

Please fill in the details of the Email id & Phone number accurately – to receive the details with the Invoice, Receipt & Serial Number.
In case these details are not filled in accurately – it would be extremely difficult for us to help you get these later.

How do I Activate the Programs?

(1) Download the App: “AWAKEN THE GENIUS” from the App or Play Store
(2) Enter the Serial Key with you in the ‘Activate Serial Key’ tab.
(3) Download the videos
(4) ‘Allow’ the permissions requested

On which devices can we see these programs?

The modules could be viewed ONLY on Mobile Phones – both Android &iOS (Apple) phones are supported.

For how long can we see the videos?

For as long as the subscription you choose, is valid.

How would I know if my subscription is ending?

In the ‘Serial Key Details’ tab – you would get the details of the validity etc.

I am unable to download the videos.

Check for (1) Available Storage Space in the phone memory or the card;
(2) Internet connectivity.

After downloading, I am unable to view the Full Videos:

Check whether any ‘screen recording App’ is running in the background.
If yes – the Full videos would not play.
Shut down / delete the Screen Recording App.

Do I need the Internet Connection to play the videos?

Once downloaded, the videos would play even if there is no Internet connection.
